I myself wouldn't consider myself a multi-tasker due to the fact that I like to think of myself as a one at a time type of person. Considering the information presented in the articles, it is easy to see that I actually do multi-task fairly often. For example, I always listen to music while I do homework or any work for that matter. At the same time I am able to maintain focus and get things done at a fairly good pace. On top of that I am able to interact with people whether in person or over the phone while listening to music and working. Even further, my friends in the room would converse with me about the television seeing that there are always sports games on in my room and I am able to keep up with the game while efficiently doing all of this. It surprises me so because I think of myself as a one at a time type of oriented person. In all reality I would have never even analyzed it as such without reviewing the articles, but now I am very aware of how much I do indeed multi-task and it humbles me to the point where I don't understand how all of that is possible at once, yet I considerably do all of those things at one time. There are many other examples of this, but this makes me think how much do I really multi-task with the rest of my life.
